These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperKids website and learning platform. By purchasing or using SuperKids, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
SuperKids is a browser-based learning platform for children ages 3–10, offering interactive activities, printable AI workbooks, and a parent dashboard. Features and content included depend on the plan you purchase.
Accounts
- Accounts must be created and managed by an adult (parent, guardian, teacher, or tutor).
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information at checkout.
License & Acceptable Use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use SuperKids for your own family, students, or classroom according to your selected plan. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share your account or its content outside the scope of your plan, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. No commercial resale or reseller rights are granted.
Payments
Purchases are one-time and processed through WarriorPlus and its payment partners. Prices are shown at checkout. Optional upgrades are available and entirely optional.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the front-end purchase. If SuperKids isn't the right fit for your family, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a refund in accordance with this policy. Upgrade purchases may have their own refund window as stated on their offer page. To request a refund, email support@superkids.app with your purchase details.
Disclaimer
SuperKids provides educational tools to support learning at home and in the classroom. It is not a replacement for formal schooling, and individual results and experiences vary. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperKids and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
