Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
Superkids is built for children, so protecting personal information is our top priority. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1.Our promise to families
- We collect the minimum information needed to run the service.
- We show no third-party advertising to children and never sell personal data.
- Children’s accounts are set up and controlled by a parent, guardian or teacher.
2.Information we collect
- Grown-up account details — name and email address of the parent/guardian or teacher, and a securely hashed password.
- Child learning profiles — a first name or nickname, an avatar, age or grade band, and a parent PIN. Please avoid using a child’s full name.
- Learning progress — activities completed, stars, streaks and quiz results, so we can show progress and personalise learning.
- Billing information — your plan and purchase status. Payments are processed by the secure checkout partner / marketplace you buy through (for example WarriorPlus); we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Technical data — basic logs (e.g. device/browser type, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the site secure).
3.How we use information
- To provide the learning experience and save progress across devices;
- To manage accounts, subscriptions and support requests;
- To keep the platform safe, prevent abuse and fix problems;
- To send important service messages (e.g. account or billing notices).
4.Children’s privacy
Superkids is intended to be used by children with an adult. Accounts are opened by a grown-up who consents to a child profile being created. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a child than is needed for the learning activities. Parents and teachers can review, edit or delete a child profile at any time from the grown-up area.
5.Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences and protect against fraud. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies aimed at children. You can control cookies in your browser, but some features may not work without the essential ones.
6.Sharing with trusted providers
We only share data with service providers who help us run Superkids — for example secure hosting, a payment processor for subscriptions, and an email provider for account and contact messages. They may only use the data to provide their service to us and must keep it secure. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
7.How we protect data
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and a PIN-protected parent area. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
8.Keeping data & deleting it
We keep information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated child profiles at any time — see below.
9.Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. Grown-ups can manage most of this directly in the account area, or contact us and we’ll help.
10.Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we’ll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify account holders where appropriate.
11.Contact us
To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, email support@superkids.com or use our contact form.
