1.Who we are

Superkids (“Superkids”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online learning platform operated by The Super Kids AI. We provide illustrated stories, activities, quizzes, workbooks and games designed for children aged 3–10, used together with a parent, guardian or teacher.

2.Who can use Superkids

• Accounts must be created and managed by an adult (18+) — a parent, legal guardian or teacher.
• Children use the service under the supervision of that adult; the grown-up area is protected by a parent PIN.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.

3.Your account

You agree to give accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. You may not share your login, impersonate someone else, or let anyone use your account in a way that breaks these terms. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

4.Plans, payment & free content

• Some content is free; premium features are unlocked with a paid plan. The price and what’s included are shown before you buy (see the Pricing page).
• Paid plans are one-time purchases — there is no recurring subscription and nothing auto-renews. You pay once and keep access to what you bought.
• Purchases are usually completed through a secure checkout partner / marketplace (for example WarriorPlus); that purchase and any refund are handled through it.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (money-back guarantee).
• We may change prices or what a plan includes for future purchases; this never changes something you’ve already bought.

5.Acceptable use

To keep Superkids safe and fun, you agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute our content or make it available to people outside your household or classroom;
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
• Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for a children’s platform;
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content without our written permission.

6.Our content & intellectual property

All stories, illustrations, characters, activities, software and branding on Superkids belong to The Super Kids AI or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your family’s or classroom’s own learning — not for commercial use.

7.Children’s safety & privacy

Protecting children is at the heart of what we do. We show no third-party advertising to children, there is no open chat with strangers, and the parent area sits behind a PIN. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8.Service availability

We work hard to keep Superkids running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause or withdraw features, and occasionally take the site down for maintenance.

9.Disclaimers & liability

Superkids is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10.Suspension & termination

You can stop using Superkids and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect our users. If we close your account without cause, we’ll honour our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know. Continuing to use Superkids after a change means you accept the new terms.
