Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love Superkids. This explains how purchases work and our money-back guarantee — in plain language.
1.One-time purchase — no subscription
- Superkids premium is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription and nothing auto-renews — you pay once and keep access to what you bought.
- Any upgrades or add-ons are also one-time purchases, and the price is shown clearly before you buy.
- Because there’s no subscription, there’s nothing to “cancel” to stop future charges — you’ll never be billed again automatically.
2.30-day money-back guarantee
If Superkids isn’t the right fit for your family, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no hard feelings. Certain higher-tier add-ons (for example the Business Kit) have a shorter refund window, which is always stated clearly at checkout before you pay.
3.Purchases made through a marketplace
Most Superkids purchases are completed through our secure checkout partner / marketplace (for example WarriorPlus). Refund requests for those purchases are handled through that marketplace’s standard process. You can email us and we’ll help you, or use the refund link on your purchase receipt.
4.How to request a refund
Email support@superkids.com (or use our contact form) from the email address you purchased with, and tell us:
- the name used on the purchase,
- the product or plan you bought, and
- the reason for the refund (this helps us improve — but a reason isn’t required within the guarantee window).
5.How long refunds take
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. After that it can take a few more days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
6.Free content
Our free plan and free activities cost nothing and need no cancellation. Any promotional credits or discounts have no cash value and aren’t exchangeable for a refund.
7.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version, and changes never affect a refund you’ve already requested.
